Salam pagi jumaat yang penuh barakah ini. Mulakan hari kita dengan lafaz syukur yang tak thingga kerana Allah masih memberi nikmat nafas dan hidup kepada kita.

Mulakan hari anda dengan sarapan pagi yang sedap dan berkhasiat. Pernah dengar tak orang kata breakfast like a king , lUnch like a queen. Some people are misunderstanding with this statement. Bila dah salah faham makanya,kita pun makan la makanan yang heavy means yang high carbo,high saturated fat and high sugar. Sebab mentaliti kita, berkata semua makanan tu bagi kita lebih kenyang. Then, tengahari baru makan for lunch. 

Thats was me, 3 years back. That time i dont have knowledge about food, meal plan, nutrition n so on. Actually,what our body needs for early morning means to start our day is good nutrients and have enough nutrition,vitamin. 

Because my day always hustle n bustle activity, so i need to prepare our breakfast just only 3 to 5 minutes. What i found is herbalife shake is very simplest breakfast.....yup...as simple as 123. Lagipun herbalife shake memang ada nutrients yang diperlukan oleh badan kita untuk pagi2 ni. You no need to measure yg food like eh makanan ni cukup x vitamin a,b,c,d,e,magnesium,kalsium n so on. Just take 2 scoop shake and put in the coldwater to make more delicious like orang arab cakap lazizah. Means sedap bangat sih.

Resepi hari jni

2 scoop shake choc dutch
1 scoop protein
2 biji kurma
300ml cold water

Blend all this ingredients. Then, siap dah. Ready to slurrrppppyyyu...
